Payment Policy
Full payment of examinations and Hygiene appointments is required to secure booking.
Treatment appointments are payable 50% at the time of booking, 50% on the day of treatment, prior to your appointment.

Missed appointment and late cancellations policy
We ask for at least two business days’ notice if you need to cancel or change your appointment time.
Cancellations or missed appointments after this notice period are charged at £75/half hour.
